Cloud Email Migration
Zone Technology was asked to migrate a Perth based Aged Care Provider’s email systems from their ageing on-premesis server to Microsoft Office 365. The organisation had experienced frequent email outages, impacting staff productivity and resident care.
With communication being critical in a care environment, Zone Technology migrated the provider to Microsoft 365, delivering a seamless transition with minimal disruption to daily operations. Mailboxes, calendars, and shared resources were migrated efficiently, and staff were supported with onboarding and training to ensure a smooth adoption. The result was a significant improvement in communication reliability, access across devices, and overall user experience.
In parallel with the migration, our team conducted a comprehensive ICT security audit across the organisation. This included a review of network infrastructure, endpoint security, access controls, backup practices, and compliance with essential security standards. We delivered a detailed report outlining identified risks and provided a clear roadmap for remediation, ensuring the organisation had the visibility and guidance needed to strengthen their cyber resilience and safeguard sensitive resident and organisational data.
